About me
I trained as a Clinical Psychologist in New Zealand and have been living in the UK since 2010. I draw my practical skills from several models of psychological intervention including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), and others. I support people to conquer psychological challenges in their personal and professional lives.
