Take a moment to stop and think about what you are going through in your life. Maybe I'm sharing with you the experience of being a foreigner in Denmark. There are many theoretical and methodological approaches in psychology. My starting point is your need, your goal for change. We will define it together. And starting from your goal, give you awareness tools to face old and new challenges you are experiencing. I follow an integrated approach that includes tools and methods from different theories: transactional analysis, schema therapy, ACT, DBT, compassion focused therapy, as well as Mindfulness and Gestalt Therapy. I'm also adding somatic approach tools to my toolbox.
