Muaz Selim Sözen

I am a Sport Psychologist who has moved a lot and is now in Köln for the last 3 years. I am a Psychologist with the main practices of -Acceptance Commitment Therapy Practioner -Solution Focused Brief Therapy Practioner -Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Practioner And hope to touch lives for the better in any way that works for them with my expertise. I am a great listener. Specifically my strongest toolbox is in the area of Sport and Exercise Psychology due to my Master of Science Degree with my main focus points being Motivation and Stress for individual athletes although I also work with teams when they reached out to me. I used to be an athlete and believe that is my biggest advantage when it comes to my profession because I can understand the mind and emotions of an athlete because I had a very similar path. I am a multicultural person and always open for new things. I believe meeting new people is the way to opening new doors in your brain because you get to understand the point of view from another set of eyes and mind. I have respect for all and I never judge a book by its cover.
