About me
I believe that people who try to find help are inherently capable of dealing with their problems and successfully finding solutions in terms of their mental health. We have the power to create resilience and persistence in our lives, which we can ultimately use to become more balanced individuals.
I have a Master’s degree in Psychology from the Warsaw University. I am Polish-Australian and I have experience in working with individuals, couples, and families. I am a certified Aggression Replacement Training Coach, and Solution Focused Brief Therapy Practitioner, with over 400 hours of facilitated workshops and over 1150 hours of individual sessions (last counted in 2023). I have supported individuals and groups in the following topics:

ANGER MANAGEMENT SELF-PACED COURSE
I wrote this course after more than 400 hours of group anger management workshops and 1199 hours of individual anger management and therapy sessions. I put together cognitive behavioural trainings, visualisation exercises, psychological theory, and communication tools that I saw actually help my clients:
