About me

I am an experienced English and German speaking clinical psychologist from Berlin. As a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) psychotherapist I'm helping people to work through difficulties in their lives adding on opportunity to accept and get to know themselves better and getting on a path of personal growth. In previous works I found that most of distresses and struggles stem from interpersonal fears, insecurities and attachment issues which can express themselves in various ways such as a fear of loss, fear of commitment, feeling of loneliness, despair, isolation, being out-of-place, low self-esteem or even self-hate and ofter struggles with expressing their feelings and emotions, needs and wishes in a self-assured manner. I specialize in treatment of attachment disorders, depression, anxiety, posttraumatic stress disorder, somatic symptom disorder and major life adjustments such as the end of a relationship, new job, or adjustments to a new city.

My approach

My therapeutic approach is holistic, gathering different techniques and tools depending on each person, with an integrative perspective of the human being. I combine Third Wave Therapies (CBT), especially Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) along with Mindfulness techniques. In an environment of listening, empathy and support, my aim is to form a therapeutic bond of trust in order to help and create strategies to face critical life events, challenging situations and to promote self-knowledge, acceptance and resilience.
