Hi, I’m Alastair.

I can help with all these things. I am a BABCP and AREBT UK accredited CBT Therapist, Psychological Counsellor and coach, with about 10 years of experience, practising in London, Berlin, Prague and online. I hold a Master’s degree and several diplomas in psychotherapeutic models.

My approach
Alastair’s model of practise integrates Cognitive Behavioural approaches (CBT), Schema Therapy, EMDR, Existential Therapy and Pia Mellody’s inner child experiential model for working with co-dependency and compulsive behaviours.

EMDR Parts 1, 2 and 3 Training. (EMDRIA/EMDR-E approved).

Experience
Alastair has experience working as a therapist in private practice, in a drug and alcohol treatment service, a clinic for sex workers, an HIV and sexuality issues agency, and a psychotherapy service for older persons.
He has coached people in the marketing, telecoms, finance and legal fields as well as in his private practice.
Alastair is very experienced working online, and invites clients from all over the world.
