My coupon code doesn't work. What should I do?
Please make sure you have provided your payment information (credit card or IBAN) and then insert your coupon code. Without payment information, you will not be able to activate your membership, even if you have a coupon. If you have provided both, payment information and your coupon code, and the message says 'Coupon invalid' or 'You already used this coupon' please turn to our support team (email@example.com).
