As a highly-experienced psychotherapist, I offer a safe and supportive space to help you develop a better relationship with yourself and others. We will work together to lessen the impact that past difficult events have had on you. We will also work towards establishing a better connection with your body and emotions so as to be more authentically yourself. I am a state-licensed psychotherapist in Malta and am accredited by BACP. I am specialised in working with trauma and with sexual, gender and relationship diversity, including LGBTQIA+, kink and non-monogamy. Currently I am also in the process of training in using therapy in combination with altered/expanded states of consciousness. Apart from running my private practice, I have worked in various settings including LGBTQIA+ organisations, educational institutions and the fire brigade. I set up Orange Bodies where I run workshops about using the body to connect more deeply with oneself (orangebodies.com).
