I believe that every person is unique and can benefit from a multitude of ways to heal - whether it be through traditional therapeutic methods or otherwise. I'm not a therapist who believes I have all of the answers - I believe my clients are the experts of their own lives and that I am lucky enough to help support them through that journey. I believe that transparency is important and honestly is paramount. I'll always be real with you and won't give you the run-around. I welcome and affirm all expressions of identity and I am also committed to providing equitable and accessible services to the clients I work with. I'm a therapist who sees a therapist and believe it's important for me to "walk the talk" to truly understand the work I'm inviting my clients to do. As a complex trauma survivor and neurodivergent person, I am on a lifelong journey in understanding myself and mental wellness. On the weekends, you can find me rollerblading through town, spinning fire with friends, or getting down to live music.
